This combination is for speaking in public, saying things that are difficult to express and is also good for singing. It brings awareness to how, and why, you communicate.

Bluebell – for speaking up for yourself and being courageous
Borage – brings a feeling of being able to cope
Buttercup – for self confidence
Carrot – for organisation of thoughts
Wild Garlic – to feel the support of the universe

Recommended use ; 7 drops under the tongue an hour or so before having to have a difficult conversation, public speaking or singing. For long standing problems with speaking up for yourself and communicating clearly take
twice daily for a couple of weeks and then when needed.
