What are the shipping costs?

Your order will be wrapped with care and dispatched by each of our makers that you order from. Shipping times can vary and your order may arrive in multiple packages.

We ask our makers to ensure their packaging is as plastic free as possible. If bubble wrap is a necessity we ask them to use and reuse.

We offer free UK standard delivery within the price of all of our products at The Chuffed Store.

Standard Delivery – UK only Royal Mail tracked 48 ( 3-5 working days)

Express Delivery (£12.50)- This is for those in a hurry! We aim for Express Delivery in the UK to be dispatched within 24 hours and will be delivered by a chosen courier. This is also the delivery option you should select if ordering outside of the UK. Delivery times for International orders are subject to change due to location and current circumstances.

How do I return an item?

We hope you are chuffed with your purchase but understand that sometimes things aren’t quite right.

You have 14 days from receipt of the product to return an item.

Email with your proof of purchase and reason for return. We aim to respond within 24 hours with bespoke return instructions. If you are wanting to do a multi maker return then expect to ship each product back to the different makers. We do not have one single distribution hub. All items must be returned in their original packaging.

We will then contact you by email to let you know that your return has been received and your refund has been processed. Please allow 3-5 working days for the return to be processed by your payment provider.

If you are returning an item over £75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service. we don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

If your product is damaged, faulty or you have received an incorrect product your cost of return shipping will be refunded. However this must be reported to and our team will assist you from there. Faulty items must be returned in their original packaging.

We do not offer exchanges, if you need a different size or colour please submit a return and place a new order.
