Being a new mum can be daunting. This box was designed to help you survive during the harder times. Saskia couldn’t fit in all of the essences that you might need but she feels this selection will cover lots of issues that arrive with motherhood.

This Survival Kit contains:
30ml Calm and Confident -for coping with new situations and not being anxious

30ml Shock Release – for releasing physical and emotional trauma after giving birth as well as for any accidents that may occur afterwards. This contains the same essences as Rescue Remedy with added Dandelion Essence

30ml Easy Sleep spray – in our own lavender hydrosol for misting both you and your baby
to calm and relax

Recommended Use:
Take 7 drops of the flower essences under the tongue when needed. You can add them to cold drinks, rub them onto your babies head or add a dropper full to their bath water. Spray the Easy Sleep mist on yourself and your baby before bed and then in the night when you or they wake.

Flower Essences are very effective at shifting emotional and behavioural issues. They are completely safe to use when pregnant or breast-feeding, alongside other medication, and for children and animals.
