Description
Knitted in a bespoke Shetland-Romney lambswool yarn from a farm in Somerset, this cosy circle scarf can be worn long or wrapped around the neck for extra warmth. The snood is knitted in an English rib stitch which accentuates the softness of the yarn.
The vibrant colour blocks of yarn have been dyed with homegrown plants or food waste, with a section left undyed to showcase the naturally heathery shades of the lambswool yarn. Available in two naturally dyed shades – Coreopsis orange and Avocado pink.
Measurements: 126cm circumference, 15cm wide.
The yarn is dyed by hand by Ria using homegrown dye plants or food waste, then knitted on vintage hand powered knitting machines in her Bristol studio. Due to the nature of natural dyeing, colours may vary slightly to the sample shown.
